It kind of bothers me that $5million is being spent on security cameras when Buffalo was just in the Sunday paper as the second poorest city in the nation. Don’t we have better things we could be spending that money on?

I disagree. I think the security cameras were an excellent investment. Making Buffalo a safer city will lead to more development, resulting in more tax revenue. So in the end, we will get that $5 million back.
